About "Voices Out" Exhibition
In June of 2017, OpenM launched the project named That’s Enough - the most significant educational project in 2017-2018, which covers a chain of fee monthly talk shows and training sessions with experts to acknowledge and prevent child sexual abuse (CSA). You can find detailed information about the project management process here.
Role: Project Manager

Write a proposal, press release, and project report

Work directly with artists, reporters, guest speakers, NGO founders, and experts in Psychology and Law

Evaluate media options and strategize campaigns to support the whole exhibition

Manage and coordinate the 10+ volunteers, including the Logistics team, Creative team (Media & Design), and Production team (Photo & Video)

Phase 1 | 06.2017 - 12.2017
Hosted 12+ free monthly talk shows and training for the teachers, parents, children in Ho Chi Minh City and the nearby provinces (e.g., Long An, Vung Tau) to re-educate them about sexual education and raise awareness about child sexual abuse issues.

Phase 2 | 01.2018 - 06.2018
Organized Art Exhibition “Voices Out” - an installation art exhibition that displays photos, stories, and video filming of victims’ families from 7 provinces. Results:
- Succeeded in attracting 500+ participants from different fields within 2 weeks promoting with 0 budget for ads.
- Information about the contest was published broadly in newspapers and TV channels such as VTV1, Quoc Hoi TV, Tuoi Tre, Thanh Nien, PLO, Phununews.
